Refund and Return Policy
Within the framework of the current legislation, in case of alienation of the company, property or bankruptcy of the company,
if MultiBus24 is under a duty to disclose certain information to comply with a request by law enforcement or regulatory authorities or as a result of other legal process,
or in exceptional cases to protect the safety of MultiBus24 or other visitors to the site.
MultiBus24 stores data for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the respective processing purposes (e.g., operations for the performance of the contract of carriage, provision of after-sales service, advertising and marketing services), as well as to comply with the requirements of civil, commercial and tax laws.
Personal data is subject to deletion from MultiBus24’s personal databases in the event of:
expiration of the data storage period determined by consent of the personal data subject who provided it for processing or by law;
termination of legal relations between the personal data subject and the owner or manager of the database, unless otherwise provided by law;
entry into force of a court decision to remove data on an individual from the personal data base;
receipt of a motivated request from the personal data subject to terminate the processing/destruction of his or her data in the cases and in the manner prescribed by law.
MultiBus24 is obliged to make changes to the data at the request of the personal data subject if the data is unreliable or inaccurate, or to perform other manipulations, including transfer to a third party.

Consent to the processing of personal data
I, the User of the site MultiBus24, give my consent to the processing of my personal data by MultiBus24, including, but not limited to: contact information (name, surname, phone number, e-mail address), passport data, profile data, user and password, information about purchases and actions performed by me on the site, IP address, browser, operating system (including mobile phone).
I consent to the use of personal data for the purposes of providing services for the sale/booking of a ticket, performing passenger transportation, servicing, as well as processing additional requests, informing me or a 3rd party about changes in services, sending advertising messages, transferring data, including cross-border data transfer, in order to provide me with purchased or additional services, conducting market research and storing data on their results.
I give my consent to perform actions in relation to my personal data, as well as personal data of third parties that I legally possess and for whose benefit I act using the MultiBus24 service, including, but not limited to: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), use, transfer to third parties for the purpose of information exchange, depersonalization, blocking of personal data, as well as any other necessary actions.
I am responsible for the information provided by MultiBus24 on the Website in a publicly available form.
I give my consent to MultiBus24 to record telephone conversations when contacting the Service Center on any issue, and MultiBus24 undertakes to: prevent attempts of unauthorized access to information received during telephone conversations and/or transfer it to third parties not directly related to the execution of Orders.
I agree to receive transaction-trigger messages, informational messages, as well as news and marketing messages from MultiBus24. The frequency of notifications depends on the factors and actions of the User, at the same time, MultiBus24 undertakes to make reasonable efforts to ensure that the User does not receive an excessive number of mailings.
I am informed that MultiBus24 guarantees the processing of my personal data in accordance with the current legislation, both by automated and non-automated methods.
The storage period for certain personal data does not exceed the period necessary for their processing, or is determined by a particular legal provision.
Each phone number provided by the User when making a reservation and/or purchasing passenger transportation is assigned an ID – NUMBER, which is a set of characters that can be used to identify the User in the reservation system for the purpose of efficient processing of orders (order history) and access to the User’s system. ID – NUMBER can be transferred to a third party without the consent of the User (for example, to Google Analytics in order to identify the user who visits the site from different devices). The User has the right to refuse to be assigned an ID number by contacting the following e-mail address.
REFUND POLICY
In order to issue a refund of purchased tickets you should contact multibus24@gmail.com not later than 24 hours before your bus trip.
If you cancel your booking 72 hours in advance, you will receive approximately 75% of the ticket price less commission.
If you cancel your reservation 24 hours in advance, you will receive an approximate 50% cash refund.
If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, no refund will be given.
In some cases, upon request, the passenger can receive a voucher for a similar free trip on the same trip for which the ticket was purchased, regardless of the time frame.
